What do you think running an 8 figure holding company looks like?
You may have been right as little as 5 years ago... but the rapid development of AI technology and community tools has changed the game. The High Net Worth Playbook outlines my approach to an alternative career path. One where, ..instead of trying to climb a corporate ladder.. ..instead of playing the startup lottery.. we build a portfolio of agile, cashflowing businesses that work together to grow our empire. A simple plan. Here's the roadmap.
This is a career path I can get excited about. I can do it at my own pace. I'm not the lynchpin duct taping everything together. I've built systems that take on a life of their own, creating employment and profitable outcomes for everyone involved. Tech-enabled.This approach has been the foundation of empires since the dawn of time. What makes it different and oh-so-accessible today is the ability to use technology (and in particular, AI) every step of the way to make it happen. You see, with a superintelligence in our pocket, we have the ability to do anything pretty well by ourselves. Check out this awesome post Greg Isenberg just put out. He's really pioneering this movement. We're living in a time of insane wealth creation opportunity. Many AI startups will likely fizzle out in the coming years. A few big players like Microsoft/Nvidia/OpenAI will gobble them up. But those of us who master these new tools will find we can create 10x or even 100x the value that we could before. That's what empire is all about - leverage. In the past, you needed $50 million to start a family office to build your wealth in a structured way. Today, you need a handfull of AI tools and a community of partners. Want to be part of something bigger than yourself?Me too. That's why I've started a free community called Holdco Empire. The goal is to provide everything you need to create a thriving 1-person holding company. It's lonely building an empire by yourself. Our community is very small, boutique and full of real people building real businesses together. Best of all, it's free for the early adopters (you.) Here's what the community is all about:
